Welcome to Intentional Everyday.
I’m so thankful you’ve found us and and that you’re here!!
I’m Susan. I am a wife to my best friend, mom to two energetic kiddos, blogger, aspiring author, engineer by trade, and most importantly a Christ follower. Check out my About page for more about me and my family.
Our Mission here at Intentionaleveryday–
Our mission is to help you become intentional with your every day life by providing tools, insight and inspiration. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and frazzled. It’s hard to pull everything together and getting life moving in the right direction when you can’t even breathe. I want to help you build margin and rhythm into your days, so your days are a blessing to you and your family.
Let’s seize this moment because we do not have the chance to relive it. Our life is made up of the choices we make. What do you choose today?
What is Intentional Living?
In simplest terms, Intentional Living is choosing a life full of what you believe in. For me, I choose a relationship with Jesus, I choose a healthy lifestyle, and I choose to love deeply and be loved.
I am sharing with you what helps me stay focused and how to be efficient with my time and other resources. This lifestyle of committing to the most important things is hard but it’s worth it. Hands down, intentionality is the best thing I can do for me and my family.
What you will find here –
Practical Tips and Advice – If you are overwhelmed with life or need a fresh perspective, this is the place for you. I will be sharing how to simplify life and how to make cuts so you can have some breathing room for the good stuff.
Faith Enhancers – We all need a little more Jesus in our every day. Intentionaleveryday is a place to find resources and inspiration to help strengthen our walk with Jesus.
Encouragement for your Intentional Family – Do you want your kids to be strong, independent adults? Me too. I also want to be very careful about what I expose my children to, what I share with them, and what they learn by simply watching me. My actions speak volumes, where my words speak paragraphs. I choose to guide my kids intentionally and I’ll be sharing what I’m learning in this area of my life.
Resource Stewardship – God has blessed us with life resources. These are resources we use to build our life – money, time and relationships. God allows us to have freedom to choose how we spend our gifts. Lately, I have been challenged to spend my resources as wisely as possible. I don’t want to be wasteful. I want us to make the best decisions possible and to use what we’ve been blessed with wisely.
Planning Advice – One thing you should know about me is I love to set goals and plan. I make lists for everything. I can host a killer party that requires minimal effort. I even love managing finances. Planning is a strong suit for me. I’m excited to create goals with you and show you how to achieve them.
Social media is an awesome way to connect with me. Currently, I’m on Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook. Come over and see what’s going on.
